There is a Jennie Ingram in the 1870 Panola County Census, age 16 living with Elijah and Sarah Ingram. In the 1880 census Sylvester Hough and 9 month old daughter are living next door to Sarah Ingram who is widowed. In the 1900 census Jennie Lists her birth date as Jul 1861. This does not fit with her being 16 in 1870. In the 1860 census of Macon County, AL she is listed as Jennie A. and she is 5 years old. This doesn't fit either.

Telitha Banks 80 F SCNote: Something is not right here. I show Zachariah and Telitha as being married in 1828, that would make her 14. I had a birth date for Joel of about 1830 which would be about right. However this census shows him as 26, Telitha would have had to be 10 years old when he was born. Either one or both of their ages are incorrect or Talitha is not his mother. The 1860 census shows Telitha as 45 and Joel as 30. That would be a better fit. I think he may have been 20 in the 1860 census but the "0" in the 20 looks like a 6 on the handwritten page. The 6 does look a little different than other 6's on the page.

STRINGER, Zachariah COOPER, Martha Dec 22, 1825
STRINGER, Zachariah BANKS, Eletha June 13, 1828From the Lone Star Genealogy website:
Zacheria Stringer arrived in Sabine Co., Texas from Conecuh County Alabama in 1836, where he was listed on Collins Co., Sabine Militia 1836. He came to Texas with wife Talitha Banks and children, his son Cornelius Neil Stringer and his family. Several other family members moved to Texas with him or followed shortly thereafter. His son Cornelius settled in Trinity county, and was murdered returning from New Orleans "running whiskey", over 25cents, his pipe and tobacco. When his wagon returned to Trinity, carrying his body in the back, an elderly negro man was claimed to have been smoking Mr. Stringers pipe, he admitted to the killing, and he was presumably hung. Corneliues' wife loaded up three sets of children, his, hers and theirs, moved to Zavalla where their eldest son and family lived.
